ReUseIt 2-Week Clothing Drive for Woodcreek Lobos Baseball Club

Woodcreek Lobos Baseball Club, in partnership with ReUseIt, is making it easy to de-clutter homes while making a difference locally by hosting a two-week Clothing & Household Donation Drive December 1 – 14, 2014. The Clothing & Household Donation Drive will take place at the Citrus Heights ReUseIt Drive-Thru Donation Station located at 7770 Auburn Blvd in Citrus Heights, near the Auburn and Antelope intersection.
All donations dropped off at the Citrus Heights ReUseIt Donation Station during this two-week time period directly benefit Woodcreek Lobos Baseball Club (Team Blankenship) and Big Brothers & Big Sisters of the Greater Sacramento Area. This unique fundraiser does not cost any money and it promotes responsible recycling, helps our landfills and the environment. It is a great way to give back to the local community while raising money for Woodcreek Lobos Baseball Club (Team Blankenship).
Donated items that are accepted include usable clothing, shoes, jewelry, belts, purses, backpacks, bedding and linens, housewares, hardware, toys, sporting goods, small working appliances and some furniture.
The funds raised during the Clothing Drive will help offset the tournament fees needed for the Lobos team to travel and play in a once in a lifetime baseball experience at the Cooperstown Dreams Park in Cooperstown, New York. .
This unique recycling fundraiser event is sponsored by ReUseIt, a registered, commercial fundraiser in the state of CA and a local business that provides support & service to nonprofit organizations in our local communities. The ReUseIt team has over 40 years of experience in the household recycling industry, and is dedicated to making a difference locally. ReUseIt offers local nonprofit organizations the opportunity to raise important funds for their cause without having to spend a dime. All donations are tax deductible.
